Time to be Taylor

When I heard the blog I was suppose to do I immediately knew who I was going to be. Taylor Swift. It would be one of my wildest dreams to be like Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift is a singer icon, with multiple Grammys, and so many people love her. She did a tour called the eras tour where she went all around the world singing all of her song albums. I will be referring to the eras tour a lot by the way! I would love to be Taylor Swift for many reasons, and those reasons are going to be the amount of money, how she gets to travel the world, and how she just seems to have tons of fun. I would love to have her amount of money. Using safari, she made around 129.8 million dollars from the eras tour. Which is absolutely insane, with all that money I could use it to buy whatever I want, give some to my family, and because I can, donate a lot of it. Using the money I could travel all over the world too, which leads to my next reason! Taylor Swift all gets to travel the worlds as I already told you, she traveled to 146 places to do her eras tour, and travels across five continents. While having a fun time at her shows and making her fans happy, she’s also able to travel around while she’s there. She went to Florida, which means she could go to the beach, Disney world, and so many other fun attractions. She also got to go to Las Vegas, which has a ton of places to go, knowing how Las Vegas is. She also seems to have lots of fun. At her tours, she just seems to be singing her heart out, she smiles the entire time, and keeps telling her fans how much she loves them. In her first couple albums, she would laugh it one of her songs, she seems so upbeat and happy during her songs which just make me happy too. It would be an absolute dream to be Taylor Swift for a day. Thanks for reading my blog, bye!

Twelve to twenty

It took me a while to figure out what age I would be forever, but I finally decided to be twenty. Twenty would be an amazing age, it would be amazing because I’m able to drive, go to college, and I’m also able to go on a mission (something my religion does.) I will also be a full adult, so I won’t have to live with my parents for the rest of my life! And I will also be able to get married. Driving would be very important, because how will you get everywhere when you’re twelve? Also when I’m twenty, I’ll be able to travel the world, and I’m going to need a bit of driving in order to do that. College will be very important because then I can get a good job if I need, and I heard college is really fun, so it will be amazing to have that “twenty year old energy” my parents are wishing they have. So no madder how long I’m on this earth, I will always be energized! Which might come really handy in college. Another reason is that in my religion, LDS, we go on missions to tell about our religion and try to convert other people to ours, women need to be nineteen or older to go, and I feel like twenty would be a good age because I have already maybe had a little experience living away from home, if I’m in college before my mission. And my last reason is because I will already know a lot of stuff, I will know how to do lots of math, read complex books, and be really good at things I study in college. Because when your younger, it’s harder to remember things, but twenty you will have a really good memory. These are all of the reasons I would like to be twenty, thanks for reading my blog, and bye!

Perfect Paris

For my free-write, I knew exactly what I wanted to write about the moment I heard it. For spring break next year, my family is going to Paris! I was thrilled once I heard, and the first thing I did was log into my Duolingo and start learning French. I’m doing pretty decent with it, I know how to greet people, tell them, see you soon! See you soon in French is “à bientôt,” I also can ask how they are doing, and say good bye. My dad has been going all out on it, so far he can order food and drinks, and even get around town. Of course in France some people are going to speak English, but this is a backup! We have a ton of fun things planned. My older sister Lyla, she thought of having a picnic of the big field in front of the Eiffel Tower. And of course we are going to the top of the tower. We’re also going to go to the Disneyland in France! We are also thinking of traveling north of Paris, and doing a little road trip, it’s a maybe, but I will absolutely hate that! I also cannot wait to try all the French foods! I’ve been to Disney world a lot, and I’ve been to Epcot, and I’ve been to the Paris section in Epcot, so I’ve tried some French food, but I’m not sure if they are just like French from from France, but I still can’t wait! I am so excited, and can’t wait for Paris! It will be absolutely amazing, and I just got a phone, so I will be able to take a ton of pictures! My phone will probably run out of storage by the time I’m done! Well thanks you for reading my blog! Au revoir!

RAD READING-September

We’ll Always Have Summer

This month I read a book called We’ll Always Have Summer by Jenny Han.

The entire plot of the book, We’ll Always Have Summer is about how Isabel, or Belly,  got into college with her boyfriend, Jerimiah Fisher, and they have a fun time. Then during spring break, Jeremiah cheats on Belly,. Then after a while after their breakup, Jeremiah comes and proposes to Belly. She says yes and they spend a couple months planning it. Then a couple days before the wedding, Jeremiah’s brother, Conrad, confesses that he also loves Belly. It gives Belly lots of mixed feelings.

I really liked this book. I like this book because I love romance novels. It was also very suspenseful, so it was really fun to read. It had lots of twists, lots of drama, and lots of kissing… My favorite quote of the entire book is the line Jeremiah said on page 56, He said, “You could marry me.” I like this quote because I think it’s funny how he was so serious, so in love, but then it never ended. I don’t know why I love it, but I do.

My favorite character is Jeremiah. I love his character because he is very kind and loving. When he cheated on Belly he immediately regretted it. He came clean and accepted any punishment, and then gave Belly time to think it through. One quote to support this character trait is, on page 47. Jeremiah had been texted Belly all day saying he was sorry, the book says “Give me some space. He wrote Ok.’ This was through text by the way. I love this because even though Jeremiah feels horrible, and he wants to get back together with Belly, once she asks for some space, he gives it to her.
